Mario Kart: Speed Strife is a fan-made racing project that aims to recreate the Mode 7 magic of the original SNES Mario Kart while adding modern quality-of-life features. Built using GameMaker Studio, it combines nostalgic visuals with smoother controls and expanded character rosters.

• Expanded Roster: Play as classic characters plus fan-favorites that never appeared in the SNES era, each with unique stats and handling.
• Classic Item System: Green shells, red shells, banana peels, mushrooms, and lightning bolts recreated with pixel-perfect nostalgia.
