Super Mario Galaxy: Green Stars Edition

Super Mario Galaxy Green Stars Edition adds a new collectible layer to the original Wii game by placing over 100 green stars in precise, hard-to-reach locations across the existing worlds. Unlike the sequel built-in green stars, these are designed as genuine platforming challenges that require understanding of the game gravity mechanics and momentum systems.

The mod does not modify existing levels or star missions: everything in the original game remains intact. Green stars are added as additional goals within the same level geometry, placed in locations that require advanced movement techniques including mid-air spin cancels and gravity edge catches.

Installation requires Riivolution on a Wii or a Dolphin setup with the mod applied. Recommended as an endgame challenge for players who have already collected all 120 stars in the base game.
